#MakeTechPurple is dedicated to bridging the gender divide in tech through dynamic upskilling and reskilling programs, ensuring women secure and thrive in lasting tech careers.

Community Cohort

Cohort Programs in collaboration with enterprises to provide women from underserved communities with technical training and launch them in successful tech careers in IT Industries. (Need to add a extra line here)

Girl Empowerment

Partnering with Pleasanton Unified School District, we mentor middle & high school girls, offer apprenticeships to high schoolers, & provide scholarship sponsorships to Girls Who Code, nurturing the next generation of female leaders in technology.

BayOne Delivery

BayOne's female hires grew from 26% to 46% in four years, thanks to fair selection processes, implementing the “Rooney Rule,” and an AI platform sourcing diverse candidates, showcasing our dedication to diversity.
