Girl Empowerment

Partnering with Pleasanton Unified School District, we mentor middle & high school girls, offer apprenticeships to high schoolers, & provide scholarship sponsorships to Girls Who Code, nurturing the next generation of female leaders in technology.

BayOne Delivery

BayOne's female hires grew from 26% to 46% in four years, thanks to fair selection processes, implementing the “Rooney Rule,” and an AI platform sourcing diverse candidates, showcasing our dedication to diversity.

Community Cohorts

Make Tech Purple is dedicated to bridging the gender divide in tech through dynamic upskilling and reskilling programs, ensuring women secure and thrive in lasting tech careers.

We focus on empowering women from underserved communities by forming cohorts of 10-15 individuals for intensive training in AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Cloud Engineering. 

Our Pro-Bono Program offers 1-3 months of cost-free technical training and mentorship by seasoned industry experts, aimed at up-skilling participants for mid-career opportunities & internships in tech.
